Wildlife

My love for wildlife began in childhood and has only deepened with time. I was first obsessed with peregrine falcons, then captivated by the speed of cheetahs, before the power of big cats, and especially tigers, took over completely. Alongside this, I was endlessly fascinated by the natural world as a whole: animals, landscapes, geography, maps, and the sense that everything is interconnected. I also grew aware, early on, of how powerfully, and often negatively, humans influence wildlife.

That curiosity led me to work in conservation, first with carnivores such as leopards and hyenas, and now with birds of prey. These experiences have strengthened my respect for the resilience and complexity of wild animals and the ecosystems they inhabit. Through my artwork, I hope to share that sense of wonder, encouraging others to fall in love with wildlife and nature by depicting these species with care, beauty, and attention to their individuality.
